It didn't satisfy me! When I arrived there's no receptionist. Also, there's no available staff from
Nothing.
When I arrived there's no receptionist. Also, there's no available staff from the management. I only spoke with the security guard whose on duty! There's no internet connection. Shower was not working as well. Definitely unrecommendable!

Worst rental property I ever stayed in Philippines.
Request for a wifi facility was addresed.
Unit was idle for quite sometime and forced into occupancy even if it was not ready. Housekeeping in the room was bad, which can be manifested in its bad Smell ang visible cobwebs. Faucets in the t&b were rusty/full of scales. Kichen utensils / cooking pans / kettles were dirty. Water heater was already rusty and cannot be used anymore. TV was provided but with only one local channel. Water heater (for making coffee) was full if scales inside. I have to thoroughly clean it myself so that I can make coffee. Gas stove was provided but no gas. A kettle placed on top of it has cobweb and was housed by a slider. Nobody can address concerns because nobody was there except the guard. A complain was sent to customer.service@booking.com with photos.
